This patient from Cleveland consulted with Dr. Jason E. Leedy at the Cleveland Plastic Surgery Institute for body contouring after massive weight loss. She lost a significant amount of weight after undergoing gastric bypass surgery. She was most interested in improving the contour of her torso. She was also interested in improving the shape of her buttocks. After her consultation she elected to proceed with a Circumferential Body Lift with Gluteat Augmentation. In this surgery she had the extra skin around her midsection removed and her muscles tightened. Instead of removing the extra tissue above her buttocks she had that tissue placed deeper within the buttock in order to give a more full, rounder shape.
