This patient from the Cleveland-Akron area consulted with Dr. Jason E. Leedy at the Cleveland plastic surgery Institute for breast implant revision surgery. She had undergone a bilateral breast augmentation with breast lift elsewhere in the past and was not happy with the droopy shape of her breasts. She also was not happy with her areolar scars. Dr. Leedy performed a breast implant revision surgery in which new, smaller implants were placed under the muscle and her breasts were lifted and extra skin removed. She is seen approximately 2 months out from surgery and is very happy with her lifted, perkier breasts.
