This is a 39 year old patient wanting breast enhancement. She is 5ft 3in and weighs 105lbs. She chose 425 cc silicon implants. Dr Lee made the incision point at the lower breast crease and poistioned the implants under the muscle. She went from a 32A cup to a 32D cup and is very happy with her new larger breasts.
