This is a 38 year old patient from Beaverton wanting breast enhancement. She is 5ft 2in and weighs 108lbs. She chose 270 cc saline implants. Dr Lee made the incision at the lower breast fold and placed the implants under the muscle. She went from a 32A cup to a 32C cup and is very pleased with the results of the surgery.
