This is a 29 year old patient from Portland Oregon wanting breast enhancement. She is 5ft 5in and weighs 150lbs. She chose 330 cc saline implants. Dr Lee made the incision at the lower breast crease and positioned the saline implants under the muscle. She went from a 34B cup to a 34C cup and is very happy with the surgery outcome
