54 yr old patient who wanted to have eye surgery to improve the look of her droopy, tired eyes. Upper and lower eyelid surgery was performed. To further improve her appearance fat was transferred to her tear troughs, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, chin and lips. There is a marked improvement in her face. She looks younger, fresher and more attractive after the surgery.
