Even though the labiaplasty procedure remains mostly unknown among the general public, around 2,200 procedures were performed in 2011 according the the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). Dr. Deal, trained in Las Vegas by a world-renowed plastic and cosmetic surgeon during his cosmetic surgery fellowship in 2009 and 2010, is a double board-certified cosmetic surgeon at Southern Surgical Arts performs the labiaplasty procedure.

In the U.S alone, more than 30 million women suffer from pelvic relaxation. Pelvic Relaxation is a condition resulting in a loss of sexual sensation and many times urinary incontinence. Usually, this loosening is the result of childbirth or trauma. In the past, women would dutifully perform hundreds of daily Kegel exercises and buy all sorts of gadgets to help tighten their vaginas, but mostly the result was no real improvement. Now women are discovering new and effective alternatives to tightening their vaginas and regaining control.
