Description: This is a young female from Buford / Suwanee, Georgia who presented with considerable loss of breast volume, sagging breasts (ptosis) and wanted to enlarge her breasts volume and raise her breasts and nipples. The patient also desired to have large breasts volume comparison to her small frame. The patient had a breast augmentation with smooth round 650 cc saline implants placed under the muscle along with a breast lift. While the patient was apprehensive about the scar prior to the procedure, she is extremely happy now with both the scar and the symmetry.

Details: The significant skin excess and loss of elasticity is shown as well as the loss of breast volume. The patient wanted to have an augmented look especially on the top of her breasts which was achieved with saline breast implants under the muscle for augmentation as well as a breast lift.
