55 year old, Female, 123 lbs lbs, 5' 6"
55 year old Illinois woman had a previous breast augmentation with 2 revisions with first silicone then saline implants came in with a ruptured left breast implant and very dissatified with the feel and appearance of her rippled hard and palpable implants. She wanted a little more fullness and roundedness to her breasts. DR MICHELE KOO changed her implants from the deflated textured saline implants to moderate plus silicone implants and reconstructed the muscle coverage over the implants to fill in the visible defect along her sternum.

Details: After her implant exchange and muscle reconstruction, the patient no longer feels or sees the ripples on her breasts and loves the soft round look and feel of her breasts.
