36 year old, Female, 126 lbs lbs, 5' 5"
36 year old Illinois woman had a previous silicone breast augmentation placed under the breasts and had developed hard painful breasts almost immediately and worsening with time. She underwent an implant exchange by DR MICHELE KOO, ST LOUIS, MO, from under the breast to under the muscle and now has breasts that are even fuller but natural, soft, and not painful. 3 years from the time of her surgery, she continues to have soft, natural, full breasts.
