46 year old St Louis, Missouri woman who wanted to have a breast augmentation to achieve fuller, sexier breasts but still wanted to look natural and be able to fully exercise and continue her active life. She underwent a submuscular breast augmentation with a 450cc moderate plus Mentor smooth silicone implant and went from 36 B to a 36 D bra.
