59 year old, Female, 115 lbs lbs, 5' 6"
59 year old Missouri woman who 20 plus years previously underwent a breast augmentation but who's breasts eventually became hard and misshapened. She became embarassed to even hug anyone or be seen in a swim suit. She went from a 34D/32DD to a 32C with a breast lift (mastopexy) and implant exchange by Dr Michele Koo, MD, FACS of St Louis, MO.

Details: BEFORE: 32 DD AFTER: 32C Before, the patient's breasts were hard, saggy, and she felt her breasts were much too big for her small body frame. The patient underwent a breast lift (mastopexy) with implant exchange with removal of the scar tissue (capsulotomy) by DR MICHELE KOO, MD, FACS, of St Louis, Missouri and became thrilled with her soft natural breasts.

She is no longer embarassed to hug friends and be seen naked. Her scars already look good at 2 months.
