56 year old woman felt tired and older than her age and wished to clean up her eyes so that her friends would stop asking her if she was tired all the time. She is shown 6 weeks after a limited incision brow lift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty (eye lid lift and midface lift) and fat injections to her lips and nasolabial folds.
