64 year old Missouri woman underwent a silicone breast augmentation 20-22 years previously became progressively unhappy as her breasts became hard, painful, and encapsulated. She felt that she could not hug anyone because of her hard unnatural breasts. She underwent an implant removal, capsule and scar removal, and a breast lift (mastopexy).
