29 year old Creve Coeur, Missouri woman had a C-section 5 years previously and was extremely unhappy with the laxity of her abdomen, the stretch marks, and the excessive skin hanging over the lip of her pants and underwear. She is 5 4 and weighs 130 lbs. She exercised and tried to eat healthy, and had lost weight, but was frustrated and depressed about the excess skin and fat in her abdomen and requested a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) along with a breast lift and liposuction of her hips, waist, and thighs which was performed at the same time. Her post operative photographs are taken at 3 months and she is thrilled and delighted and will be wearing a bikini on the beach when she takes her vacation. She has gone from a size 10-12 to 4-6 pants. Notice that her thighs even seem slimmer and smoother.
