56 year old, Female

56 year old female underwent a previous silicone breast augmentation 15-20 years previously and was suffering from hardening of the breasts as well as the skin falling downward leaving the implants staying up high and hard on her chest. She was displeased with the feel of the breasts as well as the downward position of her nipples. She underwent a breast lift and removal of the implants and scar tissue. Her breast implants were replaced from under the breast to under the muscle with 250cc round smooth saline implants. Her breasts are now soft and lifted. Her post operative photos are taken 6 months after the surgery with the scars healing very well to the point of fading to an imperceptible line. Her future mammograms will also be easier because of the position of the implants under the muscle and softness of the breasts.
