This is a good example of how a person's body weight can affect their breast size and shape. This woman underwent a SPAIR breast reduction with a removal of about 600 gm of tissue. She is seen about one year after her result but noted an increase in breast size due to about 25 lbs of weight gain. The last set of images shows her at her desired C cup after a 30 lb weight loss. And even though some loss of shape is seen, she is absolutely delighted with her result and has requested no revisions.
