This 36 year old woman presented with deformities to both breasts as a result of less than ideal placement of the implants by another surgeon. The original 200cc silicon gel implants (which were totally intact and not a cause of this condition) were replaced with McGhan 68 270cc smooth, round, saline implants filled to 300cc after correction of the scar tissue and pockets.
