This 40 year old patient wanted her breasts to look like they did when she was 19 and she got her wish! This amazing technique allows a reduction in scarring and improved shaping of the breast to achieve a more natural round and full contour. She is seen nine months after a SPAIR breast reduction. With the removal of 225 grams from the right breast and 90 grams from the right, she achieved excellent symmetry and went from a DD to a C cup.
