This 48 year old woman expressed concerns that her implants (placed by another surgeon) were irregular in size and shape. She had previously had silicone gel implants placed years earlier and desired their removal - not implant complaints were expressed; she simply felt that implants were not for her. Reomoval of the implants required removal of the implant capsule and closure of the remaining space. A mastopexy was also performed to restore the expanded and droopy breast. She went from a C to a B cup. At one year she remains extremely happy and has not missed the implants at all.
