40 year old, Female, 137 lbs, 5' 7", Fair skin tone
This 40 year old patient is seen three years after a SPAIR breast reduction. She went from a DD to a C cup. This technique allows a reduction in scarring and shaping of the breast to achieve a more natural round and full contour. Some minor settling has occured but she is quite pleased and has not requested any revisions.
