This 46 year old woman is seen about one year after reconstruction of the right breast using a pedicled TRAM flap. Reconstruction of the nipple and areola was performed at a later procedure in addition to a breast lift on the right side. Excellent symmetry and contour is seen and no evidence of TRAM loss is observed. She had liposuction to the hips and with the "tummy tuck" effect from the TRAM, has acquired a totally new shap. She is totally happy with her results.
