Delayed Breast Reconstruction Tissue Expander
43 year old, Female, Fair skin tone
This 43 year old woman is seen about one year after reconstruction of the left both breasts with implants. She had anatomical expanders placed at the initial procedure which were later exchanged for a permanent profile saline implants. Reconstruction of the nipple and areola was also performed in addition to correction of contour irregularities of the abdomen from earlier bowel surgery. Good symmetry is observed and no implant problems are seen. The patient is obviously very pleased.
