This young lady has always had droopy breasts. She wanted to be bigger, perkier and more natural. She is 5'5" and 135 pounds. The patient thought she just needed implants but on examination Dr. Kaye recommended a breast lift due to the degree of ptosis or droop. She went home and considered his recommendations before making a decision. She went with Dr. Kaye's advice and followed through with the lift as well as the augmentation. Dr. Kaye utilized an anchor patterned incision around the nipple for the lift. She chose 330cc moderate profile, saline implants that were filled to 360 ccs and placed beneath the muscle.
