She did not like the puffiness and loose skin on the lower eyelids as well as the loose skin on the upperlids. Patient did not have a sufficient amount of excess skin on the upperlids to get a noticable result from having a Blepharoplasy on the lowerlids. Patient underwent a Bilateral Endoscopic Browlift, a Bilateral Lowerlid Blepharoplasty to remove puffiness and trim some skin to give a more tightened look, as well as having Permanent Cosmetics (Make-up) to her eyebrows.
