59 year old, Female
Patient came in to meet with Dr. Justo for a liposuction consultation. Her main complaint was her abdominal area. Dr. Justo discussed Liposuction to both the upper and lower abdomen, as well as the hip/waist area. The patient agreed, and Dr. Justo performed Tumescent Liposuction to the upper & lower abdomen, as well as bilateral hip/waists under IV sedation. The patient loved how much better her clothes fit after the procedure, as well as her renewed self-confidence!

Details: One can appreciate that in select patients with a flat abdominal muscle wall that tumescent liposuction produces significant skin retraction in most patients, thereby sometimes having a result similar to a "tummy tuck" with far less downtime, risk and expense. This patient had an "apron of fat" hanging down which all but disappeared.........ecstatic patient!! |
