Patient came in for consultation, was bothered by excess skin to the upperlids as well as the wrinkles around the eyes. Dr. Justo discussed doing Bilateral Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasy and Laser Resurfacing around the eyes to help soften wrinkles. A Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty was not performed because the main purpose of doing blepharoplasty of the lowerlids is to remove puffiness, which pt did not have, her main issue was the texture of the skin, the wrinkles.
