Patient was bothered by the heaviness to her upper eyelids. During the patient's consultation the issue of having low set brows was brought up which is a contributing factor in developing the amount of excess skin. Patient was not interested in a browlift procedure. She underwent Bilateral Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasy under local anesthesia to help remove the excess skin hanging over her lashes interfering with her vision.
