38 y.o patient wanting brazilian buttocks lift vs implant. She could not have the "brazillian butt lift" by tiself becasue this would require too much fat grafting (a "brazilliam butt lift" means total fat grafting vs implant) She had a combination of fat grafting , implant and liposuction of the buttocks crease (advanced buttocks shaping) Patient is extremely happy!
