32 year old mother of four from New Canaan, CT with a large symptomatic rectocele (bulging vaginal floor) unable to feel anything during sex. Passes air through vagina and tampons fall out. Vaginoplasty and perinoplasty restored normal anatomy and function. The patient felt completely comfortable one week after radiosurgery.
