19 year old from Providence, RI with enlarged labia minora and excessive skin surrounding the clitoris. She underwent labia plastic surgery and clitoral hood reduction. Both areas have been resculptured using radiowave surgery with the Ellman Surgitron creating a Thin Look, so the labia are not seen. If a Natural Look was selected the labia would be more prominent. The choice is up to the patient. The After photograph is two months post surgery.
