This patient had implants put in the first time by another doctor 8 years ago. She came to Dr. Hochstein with both breast capsuled and a wide clavage space. The patient had two children so the breast tissus was a little lose but didnt want to have a lift. The doctor removed the capsules on both breast and corrected the pockets, then replaced the old 375cc saline implants w/ 450cc silicone implants. Dr. Leonard Hochstein
