This patient was concerned with her dynamic forehead wrinkles and heavy upper eyelids. She had a long forehead and saggy upper eyelids. Dr. Hiranaka performed a forehead lift to elevate the brows and shorten her forehead as well as upper eyelid surgery to reduce the saggy eyelid skin. She is seen 9 months after the surgery.
