This 24 year old young man from Portsmouth, New Hampshire complained of difficulty breathing out of the right side of his nose for as long as he could remember. He had broken his nose as a child. He wanted his nose to be staighter and look better, although not for it to look vastly different. Dr. Gray observed that he had a septal deviation to the right with decreased air flow and a dorsal bump and a deviation to the left on the outside. Dr. Gray advised him that his chin was also recessed which made his nose appear larger. The patient opted to have a chin implant possibly at a later time. Dr. Gray corrected the nasal deviation and removed the bump. The patient was very happy with the subtle improvements.
