This is a good example of an older man whose eyelids were beginning to obstruct his vision. His eyelid skin was resting on top of his eyelashes. There was even more skin drooping on the left than on the right. The day the patient came in for surgery, Dr. Gray marked his eyelid skin when he was awake so he could accurately remove the needed amount of skin for the when the patient would be asleep during the procedure. Dr. Gray cut out the marked skin. With the correction, the patient had a wider field of vision and was very pleased.
