his 48 year old patient from Wolfeboro, New Hampshire wanted two things: to have tighter, leaner arms like when she was younger and to have a childhood scar improved. Over the years, her arms had become looser and though she had tried exercising that specific area, seemed to be getting nowhere. She had good quality skin. Dr. Gray removed 275 cc of fat from each arm. Dr. Gray also cut out her scar and did underlining support stitches. The patient was very happy with her thinner arms and her much improved scar.
