This woman of 31 from the Dominican Republic desired breast enlargement and a lift. She was newly married and wanted to look and feel better about herself and for her husband. She had her surgery in two stages. She first had breast augmentation using an Allergan silicone, 450 cc implant, taking her from a 34 B to a 34 D. Eight weeks later she came back to see Dr. Gray to obtain better nipple position. The patient had a vertical mastopexy at which time her nipples were raisied to a better position on the breast. These pictures were taken 3 months post-op and her incisions, although pink in the picture, are improving every day. It's commmon with darker skinned patients to have scars that take a little longer to heal and longer to fade.
