34 year male with moderate gynecomastia which was treated successfully with liposuction only. He had 300 cc of fat removed from each side. He had seen another plastic surgeon who had offered a surgical excision, not liposuction and he would have had a scar with more risks and a longer recovery. He returned to full activity in one week. This procedure is done with IV sedation and no drains.
