This 32 year old woman from southern New Hampshire came to see Dr. Gray for 2 reasons. First, she wanted smaller breasts. Secondly, she wanted her nipples placed in a more normal looking position, on the center of her breast. Dr. performed liposuction breast reduction of a mild to moderate amount. She just wanted to go down one cup size. She also had a breast lift to give her a more youthful contour, so that her nipples pointed more upward than downward. Dr. Gray removed 350 cc of fat from each breast and in doing the lift, he also moved her nipples as close to the center of the breast as he could, being careful not to distort the breast's natural shape.
