This young woman of 43 from Portsmouth, New Hampshire has mild laxity or looseness after 2 children. She wished to increase her breast size one cup and avoid having to have a breast lift also. She went from a 34 large A to a 34 C. In order to avoid a needing a breast lift Dr. Gray lowered the fold underneath the breast slighty. Many surgeons would not have lowered the fold, but instead would have left more extensive scarring with a breast lift.
