This 47 year old woman came to Dr. Gray for scarless breast reduction. She complained of neck and shoulder pain with shoulder grooving from bra staps cutting into her shoulders fromthe weight of her breasts. She wore a bra 34 DD bra. Her breasts were also asymmetrical the left. She reported that the pain affects her daily life, making it difficult to do some daily activities or extra fun things with her children. The asymmetry also makes it difficult to find clothes that fit or even get a proper fitting bra. Dr. Gray was able to reduce her breast size to a 34 C. He took out a total of 1000 cc of fat per breast. She now reports no more pain in her neck or shoulders. Her clothes are fitting better and she is able to be more active.
