This 41 year old woman had been thinking about breast enlargement for a few years. She was done having children and felt the time was right for her. She was a 36 B and wanted to be a large C cup. She had a lot of sagging in her breasts but did not want scars from a breast lift, so she decided to just have implants alone. She also decided on on silicone implants because of the very natural look and feel Dr. Gray determined that 350 cc implant would give her the large C cup she wanted.
