This 32 year old woman desired a breast reduction to alleviate neck and shoulder pain. Aopproximately 350 cc of fat was removed from her right breast and about 425 cc of fat were removed from her right breast. The patient chose to have a breast lift at the same time to have only one recovery. She now has excellent nipple position and is wearing a shirt size 2 sizes smaller than before.
