This poor young lady's teeth were naturally misaligned, combine that with compulsive grinding and you get the crooked smile you see here. With natural looking veneers and the removal of a bit of gum tissue, the teeth now appear straight and whole. This patient uses her night guard religiously to keep from grinding these new magnificent teeth. (in the after picture, the gums are still a bit red from the mild surgery that straightened them up.)
