23 year old female from miami only 3 weeks after rhinoplasty and premaxillary graft to correct mid-facial retrusion ( mid-facial and nasal set back). notice the improved proportions in her mid-face as her nose is placed more forward by the premaxillary graft which sits directly on bone underneath the base of the nose. as it is very early after surgery, her nose will continue to refine and swelling in her face and nasal tip will continue to diminish.
