This woman did not like her smile and had two crowns that were connected making cleaning impossible. She had a very uneven smile and her front teeth were all different heights. She had some porcelain some metal showing and had an abcess on one tooth that was going to need extraction. We restored her teeth with an implant, gum tissue recontouring and porcelain crowns.

Full Upper Arch Reconstruction with Kor Deep Bleaching on Lower teeth. This patient presented with severe wear and gum recession. He desired a more esthetic smile. The patient had an unbalanced bite which caused him to grind his teeth. We did K-7 bite testing to establish where his jaw position should be and were able to balance his bite using porcelin crowns and veneers. The patient whitened his lower teeth as well. Judith came into our Charlotte NC dental office with her husband for a consultation initially. She had heard from one of our other patients about the kind of dentistry we do. Judith was very upset about the condition of her mouth. Over the years things had just collapsed and negative earlier dental experiences along with ebarrassment kept her from seeing a dentist.
