From the Clinton Township area, this patient underwent a revision rhinoplasty by Dr. Fozo following a surgery performed many years ago by an other surgeon. She is a good example of what can happen with time if excessive tissue is removed from the nose. The cartilage literally buckles, leading to asymmetries and breathing problems which might not manifest for years. This nose was reconstructed with septal and ear cartilage, adding structure and improving function. The produces an attractive,natural, long-lasting result.
