48 year old lady presented following gastric bypass surgery and a 140 lb. wt. loss. Underwent body lift with auto augmentation of the buttocks,bilateral breast aug with 510cc saline implants and periareolar mastopexy on the left. Bilateral arm lift with removal of excess skin on the sides of the breasts. At 7 weeks there is still redness of the incisions and some swelling but excellent contour improvement
