Male patient from Atlanta with developed muSculature, wanted to enhance his buttocks after weight loss. Patient admits to always having smaller buttocks even at larger weight, but had difficulty building muscle mass in this area. The patient underwent liposuction of strategic areas to obtain the fat, and after processing- the patient's own fat was injected into the buttock region to enhance the shape, and size.
