This 19 year old lady from Pittsburgh was bothered by the moderate hump on her nasal dorsum and the slightly bulbous appearance of her nasal tip. This right lateral view shows the lack of a nasal hump after the surgery. The classic view of idealized female Caucasian nose is supposed to have a nasal tip that is slighly higher than the rest of the nasal dorsum.
